Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click from “My account”: the subscription stops at the end of the paid period and is not renewed. You keep access until then.
What is the difference between an alert “on our data” and a “web-wide” alert?
An alert on our data notifies you when an Acturadar event or story matches your criteria. A web-wide alert also searches, every day, what has been published elsewhere on the web about your topic.
What does “unlimited questions” mean?
There is no monthly number of questions, only a rate limit per user. Each plan includes a monthly web search budget; once it is used up, the assistant keeps answering from Acturadar’s data (economy mode, 20 questions a day) until the 1st of the following month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from “Manage my subscription”: the change is immediate and prorated.
How does payment work?
By card on Stripe’s secure page. We never see your card number. An invoice is available for every payment.
