Nature of support

Support is a voluntary contribution with no consideration paid to OpenIncome ai, Inc., publisher of Acturadar, to cover its operating costs and site development (see the budget breakdown). It gives no access to any additional service: the site remains free for all.

OpenIncome ai, Inc. is a commercial company, not an association or a public-interest foundation: no tax receipt is issued and support does not qualify for tax relief.

Amount and payment

You choose the amount freely, in euros, including any applicable taxes. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay depending on your device). A payment receipt is sent to you by email.

Monthly support

Monthly support is debited each month on the anniversary of the first payment. You can stop it at any time, free of charge and with no justification needed, by writing to us par courrier (c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, États-Unis) : no further direct debit is taken after the request.

Refund

As support is not exchanged for any goods or services, it is not subject to cancellation rights. We nonetheless refund, on simple request within 14 days of a payment, any contribution paid in error (wrong amount, duplicate, unwanted direct debit).

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by French law if you reside in France, without prejudice to the protective provisions of your country of residence.
