Jade Ponchet case: hearing postponed to January 19, 2027
The hearing in the Jade Ponchet case, in which she was struck by a jet ski in August 2022 in Port-Louis, Guadeloupe, has been postponed again. The Basse-Terre Court of Appeal is to rule on January 19, 2027 on the competent jurisdiction.
