Jean-Luc Mélenchon (@JLMelenchon) : C’est parce que son autorité n’est plus acceptée qu’un pouvoir tend vers l’autoritarisme. Le sujet central de la 6ᵉ République que nous défendons, c’est le peuple. À tout moment, celui-ci doit avoir les instruments de son intervention institutionnelle, légitime. Il nous faut combiner la stabilité d’institutions et le pouvoir populaire. Le référendum d’initiative citoyenne et le référendum révocatoire sont les outils centraux de la 6ᵉ République.
