Duralex takeover: financial package and state aid questioned

The Orléans commercial court on 14 October selected the offer from Cédric Meston, partnering with Xavier Niel, to take over Duralex, preserving 155 of around 220 jobs. The financial package, including 6 million euros contributed by the state out of 16, is sparking debate.
