Death of Timéo at Nancy CHRU: appeal and deliberation scheduled for January

The prosecutor's office has requested confirmation of the €225,000 fine imposed on Nancy University Hospital Centre (CHRU) and the suspended sentence given to a doctor following the death in 2015 of a 4-year-old child due to an overdose. The ruling will be delivered in January.
