Cantal: nearly a thousand residents without drinking water in three towns

A bacterial anomaly linked to a malfunction in the chlorination system has left Saint-Cernin, Tournemire and Saint-Illide without drinking water. Bottled water is being distributed while waiting for normal conditions to return.
