1 billion euro project for a decarbonized hydrogen plant at the Port of Le Havre

A plant for producing decarbonized hydrogen and e-methanol is to be built on the industrial-port zone of Le Havre, in Rogerville, with works scheduled for completion by 2029. A public consultation is open.
