Government introduces presumption of self-defence at the Senate, RN reacts

The government has placed before the Senate the examination of a bill proposing a presumption of self-defence for law enforcement officers, ahead of the RN-UDR group which denounces a manoeuvre.

The RN-UDR group has entered on its parliamentary niche of December 10, 2026 the bill establishing a presumption of self-defense for law enforcement, adopted in the National Assembly in July.
