French Guiana: court rejects injunction against bridge over Mataroni Creek

The interim judge at the administrative tribunal of Cayenne has rejected the lawsuit filed by associations Maiouri Nature Guyane and Cerato against the prefectural authorization granted to the ONF (National Forestry Office) to build a bridge over Mataroni Creek in Régina.
