Mayor of Boisseuil charged with rape: request for annulment of proceedings examined

Philippe Janicot, mayor of Boisseuil, filed a request to annul the proceedings as part of his indictment for rape. The hearing was held behind closed doors at the Limoges Court of Appeal.
