Tech Power becomes Axfortech in the Jura after takeover by Axfor

The Besançon Court of Appeal confirmed the sale of Tech Power Electronics to French buyer Axfor; the company, renamed Axfortech, laid off thirty employees and is considering rehiring before the end of the year.
