Martinique: prefect details state measures against arms trafficking and high cost of living

Martinique Prefect Étienne Desplanques presented nearly 200 seized weapons and two specialized investigative groups targeting arms trafficking, while acknowledging the limitations of current measures. He also defended actions against the high cost of living and called for strengthening the future law on prices in the overseas departments.
